So titles have always been an issue for me within D/s relationships. I don't like to call someone master unless I have been with them a really long time, I have spent so long working in customer service that calling someone Sir as sort of lost all of its meaning, and I am really torn on Daddy.

I just started a new relationship, and things are going great but in a scene he likes to be addressed by a title. We both agree master is a bit much and I explained why I use Sir I feel a little silly, so he suggested Daddy. I have never called anyone that before and I am totally torn on if I want to use it or not. There is something nice and comforting and safe feeling about it, and I like that. I don't do daddy/daughter role-play type things. What title we are going to use has been totally left to my decision, whatever makes me the most comfortable, but I am really stuck. So I was hoping maybe you could share how you chose what title you use.
