I honestly don’t know where else to start the review of this story other than by saying it is THE best bdsm story I have ever read and this includes novels by professional authors. I sincerely expect to see this story for sale one day but for now I feel privileged to be able to read it for free. I have quickly become a bit of a fangirl of the authors and this is his best story so far. Chronologically it is the most recent and you can see the authors ability growing over time and gifting us with the most realised story to date. An editor other than the author would tighten up some parts and prevent the odd spelling or grammatical error and this is the biggest criticism I can come up with.
The pacing is perfect, the characters are perfect, the action and humiliation are perfect. I have read all the published chapters four times and with each reading I find that I discover more in the writing. There is a depth here, a real intimacy that I find intoxicating. The number of orgasms this story has given me are beyond count though it has slowed my reading down a little. The entire story has a believability that draws you in and you quickly find yourself forgetting that this is a story and that Katie and Lauren aren’t real people. The beautiful dialogue and the elements of everyday life that are woven in really let you lose yourself in the story.
The way the author lingers over a look or a touch is truly amazing. More than anything else this is a love story. A blackmail story at its heart but there is something magical about the relationship between these two girls that is difficult to explain. I find myself returning to passages time and again, the dressing room, the movies, the lingerie store and relishing each and every word. The power the author has in his descriptions is inspiring and has clearly been honed through his other stories.
The author has a way of writing about the minutae of a relationship and making it riveting. The power exchange is delicious and has rarely been done better. The fact that both girls are young gives the story an exciting angle. For once the young girl is not dominated by an older person and we have the chance to see both the submissive and the dominant blossom and explore the first forays into the life. The realism is maybe a little scary at times, you honestly can forget this is fiction. The realistic way in which technology is handled (usually so poorly done), the way the situation of being a schoolgirl sets specific limitations upon a relationship (money, time and family) is dealt with in a way I have not seen before.
Everything here seems in its right place. It is a real treasure to see Katie fall under Lauren’s spell and blossom into the girl she was destined to be. I identify so much with Katie and have found myself giggling at her internal monologues on more than one occasion. I can’t ever recall finding humor in a bdsm story before and it was a bit of a shock to discover. This story is outstanding in so many ways, no review I could write would do it justice. Read the story, experience for yourself. Some have labelled the story as slow but I cannot agree. I find the pacing to be exquisite. All I want is more. I check the authors blog every night in the hopes of finding something new and in the meantime find myself drawn back to the story again and again. Other stories, even the good ones just seem a little stale for me now. (10/10)

This story is my all time favorite not just because it follows my own fetish, but also because it was so well written. I especially liked the wonderful way you described the thought process of both girls. It is my hope you will continue the story. Perhaps the girls could get a place of their own once out of high school.

I'm reading this story on your blog after starting it here & it is one of my all time favorite stories. Excellent doesn't quite come close to describing this story! First off, the premise that a classmate her same age has blackmailed her into becoming a lesbian slave is highly erotic. Yet, it just gets hotter with the emotions of Kitty & how she is starting to need her slavery & love her owner. What makes this story even better is that Kitty's owner isn't doing this out of meanness, yet she is training a girl for what looks a future submissive girlfriend & love slave. I'm waiting with anticipation for Kitty to pronounce her love to see where this story goes from there. Also, the high school setting is erotically fun & I can see Kitty going off to college with her owner...sitting next to her in class barely dressed wearing her collar. So much erotic fun can be had with the future of this great story. You have done a marvelous job to this point. Keep up the spectacular work. (10/10)

For those of you who wish there were more parts to this story, posted more frequently . . . well there are! Jason has recently posted Chapter 15 on his blog. Probably not up to me to post a link, perhaps Garmonbozia can add it himself? As for the review, this story moves too slowly for mine, all of this writer's do but clearly I'm very much in the minority! (8/10)

My girlfriend poked me into creating an account just so we could review this story. We both adore the complex control dynamic that is developing between Kitty and Lauren, the minute detail (the specific aches and pains, the sensation of hands wrapped in tape, etc) is absolutely exquisite. What's more, as kinky lesbians we really appreciate the realism of their reactions/feelings. A lot of similar stories really come across as clearly written by a male perspective of what females are like. I sincerely hope you continue this story and it doesn't sputter out like so many others on this site.

What makes this story stand way out -besides the obvious skill- is that Garmonbozia is able to stay right there on the edge of believability, mainly thanks to the musings, reactions and transcribed perceptions of Kitty.
When taking the story as a whole, it is over the top -in the sense that what happens is a tad far fetched.
But when you see the story through Kitty's eyes -which really is the way to see "My Very Own"- then everything falls into place and is absolutely not far-fetched...
Dunno if this makes sense, but "My Very Own" is a helluva story from one of the -meanwhile to me- top-five writers of erotica I know...

OMG!! Excellent beginning! I too love the focus on humiliation, especially coupled with Katie's 'inexplicable' arousal. So much potential! There's the mystery of Lauren's mom- how much does she know? The hovering anticipation of how strictly and effectively 'OCD' Lauren will surely be controlling Katie's sexuality, and how very difficult that will be for the highly sexed Katie.
The writing is so believable and involving, it's going to be another kind of torment waiting for updates. Here's hoping this becomes a very long story, of many, many chapters. (10/10)

We have all read books where we become oblivious to our other commitments, including food and sleep. "Just one more chapter," we tell ourselves. And when we run out of chapters, we literally ache for more. That's the effect this beguilling tale had on me, and apparently, other readers.
Yes, it is fiction. But it is so well-written you start to believe there may be some young, teen FemDom relationships, such as the one between Katie (Kitty!) and (Miss) Lauren, that actually exist. Now that(!) is good writing. (10/10)

Excekllent beginning. I love the slow build up and I hope the author manages Katie's slow fall from grace at the hands of Lauren her tormentor. The concentration on humiliation of the central subject is just how I like it. I am sure this tale has a lot further to go but please do not leave us in suspense for too long! (9/10)
