I agree with lex to a great degree. I think that the basic idea is a good one, and with further development it could turn into a very good story.
Frankly I'm not all that into body fluids and that may have colored my rating a bit. (6/10)

The opening paragraph indicates someone with more than average writing talent. It would appear that the inspiration for this effort came from some type of cartoon based on the description of the facility. Body modification coupled with mental reprogramming is an ambitious menu. If executed properly that will easily overcome the standard characters and plot development that has been revealed to date. Looking forward to the next few chapters so this story can be properly reviewed on its merits. (6/10)
