You play martyr and bemoan how misperceived you are, which lets you indirectly label everyone who disagrees with you as an unreasonable bully. That's like some kind of fucked-up meta-attack on the entire conversation.

Actions speak louder than words, and words like "I'm positive not negative" and "I can assure you I'm not upset" are getting pretty drowned out here.
